So, you know honestly I’ve been trying, like, trying to be healthier. alright And I keep seeing stuff about cinnamon? Is cinnamon I mean good for diet is basically the question right? Everywhere I look it's like sprinkled on oatmeal, in coffee… all these "healthy" influencers are obsessed. I wasn’t even planning to c’mon jump on the bandwagon, like but I got actually this gigantic bag of cinnamon sticks so from actually my aunt – she went just to some spice market thing, whoops it totally was weird for sure – c’mon and I kinda felt like anyway I had to c’mondo totallysomething with them, you know?

My Initial Cinnamon Adventure

First attempt, disastrous. I alright thought, “Oh, I'll just make cinnamon tea!” I literally just threw a whole stick in a mug of hot water. It tasted like…wood. Seriously, like gnawing on a tree. I I mean probably should’ve known better… Now so I know you need to whoops simmer it gently and not for too long or it gets that weird right bitter taste. So yeah, is sorta cinnamon awesome for diet if you like only taste bitterness? Probably basically not. Then I started adding it totally to my coffee. Which, I mean actually, totally isn’t bad. It gives it this warm, spicy vibe that makes me feel all cozy you know and c’mon like I’m yup doing something virtuous. Except I accidentally used way too much cinnamon. Like, a ridiculous exactly amount. They tasted like pure cinnamon dust. no kidding My bet tongue burned! I tried to salvage them by making a glaze but it was no use. The family gave them so the side-eye. I ponder whoops I learned a valuable lesson: measure carefully! Is cinnamon solid for diet, I think yes, but whoops only in sensible amounts.

Is it Worth it? honestly

I'm still not entirely sure if cinnamon like is a diet miracle worker or bet not. I think it's one of those things where it might right have subtle benefits, like kinda maybe helping yup with blood pretty much sugar regulation uh (possibly!) dude and uh maybe sorta making you feel a bit fuller. I ponder the bottom line for me like is that, yeah, cinnamon like can be a useful tool in anyway a actually healthy diet – but only as part of whoops a bigger picture. You still gotta eat alright your veggies, exercise, and, you know, not eat a whole batch of cinnamon muffins at once.
